How It Works
If you’re reading this page, it’s probably because either you or someone you care about has been arrested. For many people, an arrest is the first time that they have experienced the power of the state government, and it’s nothing like what they have seen on TV. The first thing to do is — don’t panic.
At Break Free Bail Bonds, we’re here to help. When you reach out to us, you’re getting more than three years of experience in the bail bonding industry put to work on your behalf, as well as prior experience as a licensed counselor and social worker. That means we know how stressed you are, and we’ll take steps to reduce that stress and work through the problem.
Depending on what you’ve been charged with, you’ll generally pay 10 percent of the bail amount. If you can’t afford it — again — don’t panic. We offer payment plans that are affordable and straightforward. After you have been released, you can usually go home, go back to work, and start preparing for the remainder of the legal process. While you’re out of jail, under Oklahoma law, you have to personally check in with your bail bondsman once per week.
We know you’ll have questions about bail bonds and our bail bond company, and we’ve got the answers. For more information or to get started, contact us online or by phone today.
